Apple recently revealed the release date for iOS 16 in conjunction with the announcement of the iPhone 14 release.

The iOS 16 upgrade, which has been dubbed the next major iPhone announcement, will go out to all compatible iPhones on September 12.

You do not need to register for the beta programme to use this version of iOS 16 because it is the stable release.

While iOS 16 will be available as an update for iPhone 13 and previous models.

it will come pre-installed on the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max.

iOS 16 update Starting on September 12, iOS 16 will be ready for download.

For iPhone 13 and prior devices, an OTA update will be accessible.

When you purchase an iPhone 14 series device, it comes pre-installed from the manufacturer.

If you own an iPhone 8 to iPhone 13 Pro Max,  you can test iOS 16 on any of these devices.
