Bo Nickal shockingly didn't procure a UFC contract on Dana White's Contender Series 49, yet is certain he'll arrive at his objective.

Nickal (2-0) was a huge number one against Zachary Borrego and seemed as though it when he went through his rival in somewhat more than a moment in Tuesday's main event at the UFC Apex.

However, in spite of satisfying everyone's expectations, White chose to not grant Nickal an agreement. All things being equal,

he welcomed him for one more open door at the Contender Series.

"It's completely fine," Nickal told columnists, including MMA Junkie, at the post-battle news gathering

"I'm recently energized. I'm consistently thankful for the chance to contend, so getting out there solid, another 'name,'

and I'll get to battle soon - so completely fine. What's more,

I've said this a couple of times as of now, yet the objective isn't to be a UFC contender.

“I’m here to be UFC champ (and) be the No. 1 pound-for-pound fighter in the world. So I’m 2-0.

I’ve had a total of a minute-and-a-half of professional MMA competition, so let’s get another one in there.
