Dolly Parton's newest commercial venture, a line of pet toys and accessories, has allowed the country music diva to convey her joy and elegance to the animal kingdom.
Doggy Parton, a new pet accessory brand that debuted on Wednesday, includes pink cowgirl hats, microphone chew toys,
gingham gowns and bandanas, bedazzled collars, and even blonde "bombshell" wigs for your best furry friend.
In a video promoting the compilation, Parton remarked, "'Puppy Passion' was my very first record and six decades later, my love for pets is stronger than ever.
"This gave me the idea to launch my own line of Doggy Parton-themed clothing, accessories, toys, and more.
Willa B Farms, a rescue where animals in need find unending love, will receive a portion of the revenues. Do we not all require that?"
Billy the Kid, a French bulldog owned by Danny Nozell, Dolly Parton's longtime manager, is the face of the company and is known as the god-dog of the singer.
The new line was introduced on Instagram with a clip featuring Parton blow-drying Billy's long, blonde hair while playing her 1973 classic "I Will Always Love You."
The caption read, "I will always adore you, Dolly Mama Thank you for my @doggyparton wig and accessories."
